What are cookies?
Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Similar local-storage technologies may remember a setting or help operate a secure session.
Strictly necessary cookies
Session, CSRF/security and load-balancing cookies are required to sign in, keep the service secure, submit forms and remember essential choices. Because the website cannot provide these requested functions without them, they are used on the appropriate legal basis and are not disabled by the preference tool.
Preference cookies
Preference storage may remember language, interface or cookie-notice choices. Where such storage is not strictly necessary, it is activated only according to applicable consent requirements.
Analytics and marketing
We do not activate non-essential analytics or advertising cookies unless they are implemented, disclosed here and—where required—your prior consent is obtained. Any future cookie preference interface will allow consent to be refused or withdrawn as easily as it is given.
Current storage examples
- PHP session cookie: maintains authentication and secure form state; normally expires when the session/browser ends or according to the configured session lifetime.
- Local preference storage: may remember that you dismissed the cookie information notice.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login, account actions and secure forms from working. Withdrawing optional consent does not affect processing performed lawfully before withdrawal.
Contact
Questions about cookie-related processing can be submitted through Support Tickets.
If you have a question about these terms or need to exercise a legal right, contact the support team. Mandatory rights granted by applicable law are not restricted by these policies.
