Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and Hype Sky2 Service Operator, located at Registered business address available upon verified request. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Payment & Refund Policy.

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms where required by law.

Provide accurate information, keep all credentials confidential and use only accounts you are authorised to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorised access. Account selling, credential sharing, impersonation and attempts to bypass security are prohibited.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service for lawful entertainment purposes. The service, software, artwork, names, databases and other content remain owned by or licensed to the operator. No ownership rights are transferred.

Cash, points, characters, items and other virtual content are licensed digital entitlements, not legal tender, deposits or property with guaranteed monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for real money unless the law expressly requires otherwise. We may correct balances created by error, fraud, chargeback or abuse after a reasonable investigation.

We may maintain, patch, balance, secure, modify or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material planned interruptions, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, fraud, security risk or legal necessity. Where appropriate, we will consider severity, evidence and prior conduct. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account/data handling through Support subject to legal retention duties.

You retain rights in lawful content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, moderate and support the service. Do not upload content that violates another person’s rights or exposes unnecessary personal data.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party services, unauthorised activity caused by your failure to secure credentials, or events outside reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Türkiye, without restricting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Please contact Support Tickets first. Consumers may also apply to competent consumer arbitration committees, courts or regulators where legally available.
